Brown Rice |
| Cook 1 cup brown rice in 2 cups water and 1 Tblsp. Olive oil for about an hour or until done. (this makes 3 cups rice) Mix 1 egg, ¼ cup grated cheese, juice of 1 lemon, salt & pepper to taste. Add this mixture to the rice and simmer 5 minutes. Some suggestions would be zucchini and egg
