Research - It is important to keep up to date with the latest classes and seminars but ongoing research is crucial to gaining experience in all areas related to wellness. As we research subjects we put them in Our Library so that you can benefit from our efforts. All we ask in return is that if you have an original paper or research that you give us permission to add it to the Library so others can read it.

Information Sources - As we read books and magazine articles we always recommend the ones we find useful. Some materials can be difficult to find so we attempt to provide links to those sources when possible.
